Management by Values Leads to Organizational Commitment (Management Science)

People sometimes believe being a strong manager is about unrealistic micromanagement and dog eat dog winner takes all style.  While that is one way to manage one could take an opposite approach and be a manager of values to raise organizational commitment.

The study below highlights that having values leads to organizational commitment. One will still maintain high standards, objective thinking, and expectations but they can do that with values to raise commitment to the whole.
