Wouldn't it be nice if you feel somewhat dim witted and jiggly today you could go for a quick hike (For my UP friends) or beach volleyball game (for my San Diego friends) and wallah you are smarter and fitter! Magic! Better than coffee. ☕
Ok it may not lead to an immediate transformation of body
and spirit, but an outdoor fitness program should be part of your plan. You
might need to think about learning how to do exercise in the outdoors.
This study indicates that there is a cognitive boost when exercising
outdoors. If so, one might utilize their outdoor fitness time to contemplate a
problem or brainstorm on a new idea.
Other research has indicated that outdoor activities improve
mood. It could be possible that our biological, and the psychology that comes
from our biology, are rooted from their beginning of the species to nature (It
makes sense that environment fostered our species and similar other species
like the neanderthal.)
We may not know it on one level, but our biology reacts to
environmental factors on a neurobiological level. This is where finite cell
research might determine whether there is some type of slight change in cell
function based on certain environments (theoretically).
One might wonder if improving our natural environment could have an impact not only on our life quality but also our performance?
Anyway, I have fitness trainer license, yoga license and
more if you need some help taking off a few pound. You can do some of the
training outdoors. We can also consider some basic nutrition stuff and put
together a fitness plan catered to your body type, needs and schedule. Send
