Rejoining the Gym, The Success/Failure of Home Workouts: and Study on How Much Exercise is Ideal

The other day I joined a gym again because I have been exercising plhome for a few months to see if it helps. The goal of working at home is to see if one can get in decent shape with home exercises and activity/sports. The answer to that question is "Yes you can".

Keep in mind that much of a home workout is managing calories with a high protein and fiber diet. The type of exercises included balance, stretching, higher reps and cardio. There is also a benefit of forcing yourself to use a variety of movements common at home and weight resistance to fatigue slightly different muscle fibers.

I joined the YMCA and currently they have a special where if you pick a card you can get lucky and get a prize. In this cases I won the initial fee $60! It was a nice place to start. I joined because I want to change up my routine, do weights, and swim a few times a week.

Looks like the more you work out, the more the benefits you receive in terms of health. Right now I'm engaging in about 60 minutes a day on at least 6 out of 7 typically. The intensity changes each day.

Massive study uncovers how much exercise is needed to live longer

I'm trained as a fitness trainer but haven't done much work in the field yet. I'm hoping ot pick up a client or two jut tip to in as a hobby. If you need a fitness plan and/or virtual-local fitness training send me a message to the right. Make an offer on price.
