On the surface this seems like a regular meeting but when you look closer you may find that team members are starting to find parity with each other and in turn are becoming more effective in their team management. Cognitive diversity includes the concept of ideas and thoughts. New teams have opportunities to bring new ideas and over time they will become similar as each member learns to navigate their other team members.
