IIBA 2015 will be held during 28 March–02 April,2015 at the 5 star cruise "Liberty of the Seas". The cruise ship will depart from Ft.Lauderdale,Florida,USA and will stop at BELIZE and MEXICO.There is no need for a visa to visit Belize and Mexico.
