Present Moment and Small Worlds of Happiness

The little things we do make a big difference in our lives. Our everyday habits and patterns shape our experiences and influence the happiness we find in each day. Where we focus our attention and how we experience each moment can make all the difference. So if you have a choice over your subjective experience feel free to have a positive beat. It is only a journey from one spot to the next.

keep in mind if you focus
on the now your
life will be enriched.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that everything is perfect or that our lives are filled with flowers every day. We are not necessarily rich, or given everything we want, but that is part of the spice (As a side note those with a lot of money don't necessarily have better lives but just more resources.).

There are serious concerns in the world, and many of them cannot be changed in an instant. Rather than allowing these challenges to overshadow our lives, we can focus on what is right in front of us while doing our best to encourage what is good in the world around us.

In this way, we can create our own personal world of happiness within an imperfect world. We learn to appreciate the moments we have, regardless of whether we are rich or poor. In some cases, having too much wealth may even limit our ability to experience life’s simple pleasures and find genuine fulfillment.

There are no prerequisite requirements for happiness. What matters most is finding a sense of place, appreciating the little things, and learning to live fully in the moments we are given.
