Nature's Way-Creative Art and Social Risk Taking (Art and Science)

Did you know that creative individuals are social risk takers. Social risk takers are often less fearful than others of rejection. One possible reason may be that the brain can see unique information and can create new ways of looking at things that others cannot. The creativity may be associated because one learns to interact with their social environment through a creative lens. In addition, one might consider that simply the display of art could lead to criticism. Much like actors, musicians and others who put their products out there.

One might wonder why a lot of leaders have artistic abilities, poets, and writers? That creativity allows them to understand their social world, find solutions, and influence people. At least we can sort of say that in theory. Could also be a waste of time if AI makes all of our art and we just sort of ignore the human process of it all. I found this article on Leaders Should be Poets interesting.

I have been engaged in this art hobby and trying to find things to do with my paintings. The painting goes into my gallery and the markup with a saying goes into my product gallery. I thought the coffee cups looked pretty good. I also make a few other things like mallets, photograph, and some furniture. Its an excellent outlet. I claim neither to be a great artist nor a leader of any type. Like all of us we are just passing from the beginning to the end. Might as well enjoy our time while we are here. If you buy a product I try and give about half to charity.
